ISOReadyHub is a consulting and delivery brand of Zaidan GROUP OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17303561), Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn 10115, Estonia.
Zaidan GROUP OÜ is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
Information we collect
If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive:
- your name, work email address and your message;
- your company or organization, area of interest and phone number, if you choose to provide them;
- the page of this website you were on before the contact page, if any.
Please do not submit passwords, credentials or sensitive security information through the contact form.
If you request an illustrative template, we receive:
- your name and work email address;
- your company and area of interest, if you choose to provide them;
- which template you asked for.
We use those details to provide the requested resource, to respond to related enquiries and to manage a possible business relationship. Requesting a template does not subscribe you to anything. We do not add you to a marketing list, and any newsletter or promotional email would need a separate, explicit opt-in from you.
When a page is requested, the web server records standard technical information, such as the IP address, the time of the request and the page requested. This is used to keep the website secure and available. Web-server access and error logs are normally retained for 10 days, unless information needs to be kept longer for a specific security investigation or legal obligation.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and it does not set cookies. See the Cookie Notice.
How we use it

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and nothing you send through this website is used for marketing without a separate opt-in.

Who handles your information
Your enquiry is handled by ISOReadyHub so that we can respond to it. Zaidan GROUP OÜ operates the website and email services using infrastructure supplied by Contabo.
The website and @isoreadyhub.com mailboxes run on the same EU-region virtual server environment. Off-server backup of that environment is enabled through the provider.
We do not sell your personal information or disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use service providers only where necessary to operate and secure our services, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
International transfers
Our primary hosting is in the EU region. Contabo’s published privacy information states that its own service-provider arrangements may in some circumstances involve processing or transfers outside the EU/EEA, subject to the safeguards required by data protection law. We do not otherwise transfer enquiry information outside the EU/EEA.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account legal, contractual and record-keeping obligations.
- Enquiries and template requests: 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless the enquiry becomes a client relationship or legal, accounting or contractual obligations require longer
- Web-server access and error logs: normally 10 days, unless information needs to be kept longer for a specific security investigation or legal obligation
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it where we rely on a legitimate interest. Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
