Readiness support without compromising certification independence.
ISOReadyHub is an advisory, implementation and readiness partner.
We do not issue ISO certificates.
Who does what
Our role
We may support:
- Scope definition
- Gap assessment
- Risk and control design
- Management-system implementation
- Evidence closure
- Certification readiness
- Certification-body coordination
The certification body’s role
The certification body independently determines whether the organization meets the certification requirements.
Where certification is pursued, it should be performed by an appropriately accredited certification body.
Independence matters in other parts of the programme too
Depending on scope, we may separate:
- Implementation
- Penetration testing
- Internal audit
- Certification
Where specialist or independent resources are needed, responsibilities are defined before work begins.
Costs kept separate
These are kept separate unless the signed proposal states otherwise:
- ISOReadyHub fees
- Specialist technical costs
- Certification-body fees
- Software and tool costs
Why this matters
The objective is credible assurance, not simply getting through an audit.
A clear separation of responsibilities protects both the client and the integrity of the certification process.
Start with a focused discovery conversation
Tell us what you are trying to achieve, what is driving the requirement and where you are today. We use the first discussion to clarify scope and next steps, not to force a predefined package.
